Services are provided only on the basis of publicly available information, independently created materials or information supplied by clients within a specific engagement. Confidential information, internal documents, trade secrets, customer data or systems of current or former employers are not used.
BIT works in accordance with Swiss data protection law (FADP / nFADP). Where materials are required for a review, they are supplied by the respective client and, where possible, anonymised or redacted. BIT does not request personal data that is not required for the engagement.
